1. Instant Booking & Payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking through our online calculator. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Estimates Based on Information Provided
Prices are calculated based on the details you provide. You must ensure all information is accurate and complete. If the volume, weight, type of waste, or access differs significantly from what was declared, additional charges may apply.
3. Price Adjustments
If extra waste is present or access restrictions prevent safe and efficient collection, we reserve the right to:
- Request additional payment before completing the job, or
- Remove only the waste covered by the original booking.
No refunds will be issued where incorrect information has been provided.
4. Access Requirements
Safe and reasonable access must be available for our tipper or long wheelbase van. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete collections due to restricted access, parked vehicles, or unsafe conditions.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not collect hazardous or prohibited waste, including asbestos, chemicals, oils, gas bottles, medical waste, paint, or any regulated materials. If such items are present, collection may be refused without refund.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled collection may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable due to scheduling and operational costs.
7. Liability
Skip The Skip is fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues relating to access areas.
8. Environmental Compliance
All waste is handled in accordance with environmental regulations. We aim to recycle wherever possible.
